Oversize Doors

Protect Door is pleased to announce the addition of a new oversized product production cell. The heart of this cell is a brand new Midwest Automation 5′ x 12′ heavy duty 460 ton hot press.

This addition gives us the capability to manufacture 5′ x 12′ standard flush and lead lined doors. We have approvals for 5′ x 10′ 20 minute and 5′ x 8′ 45 minute fire rated doors. Our oversized products can all be manufactured using the finest wood veneers, sketch patterned faces or plastic laminates.
